Lovely Wild roses

Hello everyone who is reading this post. I was checking out all talented card designer on instagram and I was suddenly inspired by a card made by glitternswirls from Instagram. The layout was fantastic to apply on these  images I colored the other day form Pretty Pink Posh Wild Rose stamp set. Before the spirit ran away, I pulled out all my crafting tool and started this card.

To begin with, I diluted the watercolor paint I used on my flower stamp images and did a background wash on a piece of Tim Holtz distress watercolor paper. I flicked some black or purple water color paint over as well. Then I die cut 4 times with Pretty Pink Posh Love shaker Die out of Neenah solar white 80lbs cardstock. I glued them together one on top of another. I cut “Love” out for popping out sentiment. I inked top of die with Versamark ink and poured WOW! Gold rich embossing powder, set with heat tool.

Assembling is easy and fun. I used foam tape to pop the background panel. Attached heart die and sentiment die onto the front. I used Multi Medium Matte and foam tape to arrange my pre copic colored flowers and leaves.  I embellished the card using Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Sparkling clear Sequins and 6mm Sparkling clear Sequins . To create water droplets on leaves, I used Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Jewels.

Thanks for visiting this post. I will be back soon to introduce more cards I make out of these flowers. There are lots of colors of wild roses if you google. So let’s try some more possibilities playing with them!
