Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 27-3D Cards

I have been being a Lawn Fawn fan for a while, but I’ve never tried to participate any of Fawnatics Challenges. I decided to have fun with current one and see how it goes. This challenge runs 3 weeks. The topic is all about 3D cards. I owned a few Lawn fawn 3d card dies. So I decided to go with shadow box die this time.

First of all, I colored images with copic markers from Lawn Fawn Mom and me Stamp set and set aside. I cut the box frame out of lawn fawn Shadow box card die and ink blended outside surface with Tim Holtz Distress oxide in Tattered Rose. For the stitched hillside die cuts that came with Shadow box card die, I ink blended them with Tim Holtz Distress oxide in Lucky Clover, Peacock Feather and a little bit Black soot, then I splattered some water over them and removed droplets with a piece of paper towel. That way, the color overall won’t be too saturated. I attached them to inside of box frame. The basic box card was formed.

I cut a piece of piece that fits into the background of box and ink blended with Tim Holtz distress oxide in Fossilized Amber. Worn Lipstick (for Sunset sky). Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio (for Grass). I die cut some tree trunks using Lawn Fawn Birch Trees die and inked with Tim Holtz distress oxide in Gathered Twigs and I die cut some leaves using Lawn Fawn Leafy tree backdrop landscape die and inked with  Tim Holtz distress oxide in Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feather. After assembled trunks and leaves, I randomly attached them to each layers inside of box.

Assuming it is in Spring, we need blooming flowers of course. I cut several leaf branches out of Lawn Fawn Large Wreath die and inked them with Tim Holtz distress oxide in Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio. Again, I attached them in all different places to create 3d effect. I die cut flower border and flowers out of Lawn Fawn flower hillside pop-up add-on dies and colored them with my copic markers. I gathered everything I prepared and assembled them to all places my gut feelings told me to.

At last, I used the banner stamp from Lawn Fawn Bannertastic stamp set and cut it with coordinating die. To fit into this banner, I used the sentiment from Lawn Fawn Mom and me stamp set. My first shadow box card was made!
